FIRST AND FOREMOST: For personal & professional reasons, I will not allow or grant permissions to anyone to use my artwork for Tubes, Tags, Signature Images or Incredimail layouts.

Why?
Because in 2004 my entire gallery was ripped off, tubed, and redistributed without my permission, my print sales went to ZERO because of it.

Prints & Originals
I retain all rights to my work whether it's prints or sold originals. When purchased, the buyer has not purchased; the character, copyrights, reproduction rights, nor the right to display this piece in a gallery, in print, or on a web site (either by itself or as part of a collection) without the artists prior permission or proper compensation.

Web Sites:
I've had many requests from people wishing to use my artwork to decorate their web site or their discussion group (yahoo groups or msn groups). I'm inclined to say no. If I find my artwork being displayed in this manner without my permission, I will contact you and ask you to kindly remove it (this includes any icons I find stolen from my journal). My last resort will be to contact the ISP, or whom ever is hosting where ever it is being displayed at, and tell them that your site/discussion group is is hosting stolen artwork.

Tubing & Tagging:
I will not grant permission to anyone seeking to use my artwork for tubing, tagging, signature images, and stationary. I put a lot of time and effort into my works, and I feel disrespected when I find that someone has taken it upon themselves to deface or alter my vision and hard work. There are many other artists on the web that allow their artwork to be used for this I am not one of them.

My Work as your Tattoo:
Being that I've been rippped off so severely in the past, I will not provide electronic version of my original sketches or original artwork for tattoos. If you'd like to purchase a Limted Use License, please email me at cpersampieri@gmail.com. The cost is 50.00, as part of the agreement, you will get a certificate that will grant your tattoo artist permission to reproduce my work on your skin and a 8.5x11in. high quality print mailed to you. (shipping: us is 4.00 & international is 7.00)
